The 2 reception staff ARFAT and RAUL (both from turkey) were exceptional in delivering excellent customer service. The owners of the hotel must be very lucky to have staff like them. The hotel is in front of the park so you can get fresh air and walk around. away from the street so no noise at all. bus stop in 2 minutes walk and tram stop also in 2 minutes walk. by tram you can reach the city center by 20 minutes. very clean hotel. only downside is the hotel cater for school trips so too many students at any given time . some times the lobby is over crowded with too many youngsters and teenagers but that is what you expect from a big hotel( 21 floors). i loved staying there because of the staff and easy access to transportation.

if you looking for peace and quiet then this is not the place. if you don't like children youngsters then this is not the place.

A haven of silence, low price, excellent location in downtown close to the station. A small hostel with initimate atmosphere and coffee/tea included :-), even provide towels and lockers.

1-2 guests breaking the adorable silence by talking too loud on the phone or making their noisy morning lung-throat-nose cleaning without respect of other guests. sheets were a bit light for end of may/beginning of June.

Nice room just around the corner from Primark on Wencelas Square. The bed was very comfy and I slept very well. It was quiet.

Bed was comfy and the breakfast had great variety and delicious. Location is great close to the centre but not quite area.

The shower drainage was blocked with hair on arrival. Only noticed during shower when the water was not going down, instead dirty hair and water started to fill the tray. Yucky. We called the reception and they came to unblock it right away.

No windows in the whole hostel, humid (and a bit cold) rooms, sleeping bags insteads of covers. Wlan doesnt work in the room.
