Everything was great, I liked fully equipped kitchen including the dishwasher. Wifi was of good quality, I could make my business calls without any hiccups. The neighbouring building in the same property has sauna, had some evenings of its good availability.

There was some construction works going on other side of the building, had to keep bathroom window shut to cut the noise.

The hotel has a quality feel: I like the 1990s take on art deco in the restaurant and lounge. The free soft drinks and tea and coffee were appreciated. Rooms well equipped, nice beds. Room 311 on rear was very quiet. Breakfast was very good. Staff lovely.

The room was perfect for our needs. We had the best location possible for touring the castle Neuschwanstein. We've had many breakfast buffets, but this one was top three.

We needed a little more room for our luggage to be opened during the stay. We couldn't fit all the luggage in the wardrobe. We had to be careful in the dark to not step on the luggage.

Location matters alot, I had a chance to walk to check point Charlie, Berlin wall and Berlin gate. Not to mention the German parliament as well.

They did not have an AC remote control in the room. I asked in the recipition, he answered rudely we do not have one open the window and the trains were very loud. Went back at 5 am to beg him to turn on the AC i only had one hour of sleep because of that. Unfortunatly only met the nice manager at the checkout.

Room with very bright curtains. At 05:00am impossible to sleep, full light as during the day. Parking not available for booking. Shower with curtain.
