The location is very good. all locations are within walking distance. coffee shop, restaurant just near the apartment. We didn't have any trouble in the tourist spots. We were just walking around. I recommend it to all my friends if they go to Paris. About the house, all the facilities are comfortable and well maintained clean. I can't say anything. what is in the picture is the same in reality. the price is worth it for your expectation.

Jasmine was very helpful, messaging the day before and very happy to meet us at the flat at a half hour's notice, since we were coming by bike and didn't know what time we'd arrive. The same for check out. The flat is clean and comfy and has everything needed, including underground secure bike parking. There are shops a short ride away and the area is very pretty. Highly recommended.

Well equipped kitchen. plenty of bedding and towels. comfortable lounge. The small balcony in the double room was delightful to sit and have a morning coffee in the sunshine. So handy for the station and access to shops and restaurants nearby.
