The cottage is lovely with a beautiful pool and garden right outside the door. Very nice place to relax and without a car it was a nice walk to the local amenities. I definitely recommend staying in this lovely secluded spot. The hosts are very nice and kind. If I'm back in this area I will definitely stay again. Merci beaucoup Louise

Friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable bed and spacious room, excellent room cleaning, great quality meals and service at the onsite Bistro. Very handy to be so close to excellent public transport and shopping centre. I also loved the option to swap a room cleaning for a drinks token! Great idea!

My room heating did not work, so the staff provided me with a small fan heater. There no pool/spa/sauna/gym facilities - I would have loved that after spending a long day at the cold ice rink! The small windows are a shame also, as I love looking out at the view, makes a room feel much more relaxing!

Outstanding experience!! Best part is the host Pascale! She makes the place feel like home! Extremely clean & professional with superb beds and amazing breakfast! From all hotels we stayed at during our 2 week trip to Normandie, this has been the best by far!!

1. **Unprofessional Receptionist**: The receptionist on duty was rude which is wholly unacceptable for a hospitality establishment. 2. Incorrect Booking Claim: He incorrectly claimed that our booking was wrong and then stated there were no available rooms, offering to accommodate only one family. We have already contacted hotel via messaging service on booking.com and they replied with confirmation!! 3. Sudden Availability of Rooms: Upon demanding to speak to the manager, rooms were suddenly 'found', but this led to another issue. 4. Overcharging: We were charged €798.88 (£681.84) instead of the booked amount of £625.29. This experience caused significant distress, particularly for our 9-year-old daughter who was unwell. After a long 12-hour drive, we faced an additional 45 minutes of stress and confusion, ruining the start of our holiday.
