Very clean and brand new apartment. Well maintained and plenty of appliances for a family to stay comfortably. Felt hardly used at all. Good security and great quiet location with basic amenities close by. Very close to train station and main shopping mall. Would highly recommend it. Very friendly and polite staff with good explanations all throughout the booking process along with general advice.

The property has a lot of style and very comfortable. Location is rural but easy to get to and find. Private and safe. Good facilities. For reference: There is only 1 toilet and bathroom on the first floor and the stairs would not be suitable for someone with limited ability.

The Location is super good , at the promenade des Anglais , 5 min walk to the centre where all shops are , coffee shops, bars restaurant. Romm was spacious .bed was compfy.

Will be good to provide some complimentary water .coming from the airport 1st thing is to have a sip of water . No sleepers, . Some big pillows will be great rather than to have many small ones . House keeping were so loud at the morning , slapping the doors was really inconvenient .

The dorm was great and I liked there was a change room curtain as well. Staff were really nice and made me feel welcomed.

I didn’t feel particularly safe in the Nation area. There wasnt anywhere to put your things inside the actual shower and the water leaks into the changing area of the shower.

It was full of leftovers left by previous visitors, but most of them empty (e.g., shampoo, soap) or many towels scattered in the toilet, it was confusing. The bedding was old but clean.

Breakfast was poor. Below expectations for France. Poor selection of charcuterie, cheese knife not provided. Tomatoes : cheap supermarket. Odd given the Saturday fresh food market is known their doorstep. Coffee was poor, again, given we were in France.
