Don’t think twice, rent it! I can’t think of a better place to stay while traveling around France. Clean, comfortable, well furnished, great linens, fully equipped kitchen, dining room living room, two separate bedrooms and a huge French private garden in back. Centrally located to all amenities, restaurants, the river, center square of town and the historic area. Very French, very fabulous, don’t stay at the high rise modern hotel! You will love it. Highly recommend.

The apartment is very well located, thirty seconds walk from Perpignan's main attraction, Le Castillet & is very confortable with a well equiped kitchen, cosy living area & with a comfortable double bed. The apartment is absolutely ideal for a stay in Perpignan! 👍

A bit of a rip off to have to pay additional sums for bedding and towels and cleaning at the end of the stay (in particular given the check list of things to do to get the deposit back was almost the same as cleaning ourselves). For the price we would have expected at least linens to be included. The security deposit was very high and not flagged in advance when booking but only in an inconspicuous spot that linked to t&cs. We were initially shown to the wrong apartment. On our third day we were told we were in the wrong unit and that we had to move (at an hours notice) to the correct one. Quite a challenge given we were an hour away by bike. The representatives were pleasant but the experience overall left us feeling short changed.
