I booked this apartment because I attended a conference in Campus Condorcet, which is at 20 mins walk. The apartment is part of a very tidy block of flat, located at the back of the tracks of SNFC station, but windows are modern and there is not much noise. From the station you can get directly to Gare du Nord. Also there is metro to get down to central Paris. There is a good bakery not to far for breakfast and some local little shops. The apartment was very nicely furnished, modern and cosy, I would advice for the size for one person, two would be tight. Very neat and comfortable with coffee machine, fridge microwave, cooker and iron. Very comfortable bed and sofa. Owner was available for instruction and communication.

I only missed a clothes rack, in fact in the wardrobe easily can be fitted a rod, so that you can hang up dresses and coats as usual. Walls are very thin, so you need to be luck that neighbour stays quite, which in my stays happened 3 days out of 4, so not bad.

The apartment is well furnished. It has everything you need for your stay. The neighborhood is very pleasant, there are bakeries, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets nearby. It was extremely convenient for us that there are two metro stations nearby, it definitely saved us time.

Ideal location, close to Old Town and main station. Room was nice and spacious for 3 people, with a nice garden view. Cleaned very well all the time. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very nice with good options and fresh produce.

Pillows were not very comfortable, very airy and flat once you laid on it. Glass divider in the bathtub had a gap so water kept coming out onto the floor after every shower. Slight dropping noise from toilet after each flush which continued into the night, can be ignored but is annoying.

We enjoyed our stay here from start to finish, so much so that we returned for another two nights on our return journey a few days later. A higher end four-star experience. Menu and wine list solid, locally sourced. 10/10

Good size room, view over port but not too noisy. Fabulous location for visiting Marseille and strolling along coastline. Friendly staff, intimate feel to the hotel. Good breakfast. Highly recommended.
