Positive section of review
Ca' San Vio is in a lovely quiet neighborhood but not too far from all the action. The rooms are well appointed, clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely, Shepard was very attentive, had great comms and was very helpful. We were treated to a continental style breakfast each morning which set us up perfectly for a day of exploring. 10/10 for Ca' San Vio, the place is really good value and massively underrated. Ciao

The apartment is exceptional. The host Federica was very attentive at check-in. It has everything for an excellent stay. Well located, the apartment is close to groceries, restaurants, tourist attractions but very quiet for sleeping and comfortable. It has air conditioning for greater comfort. It will certainly be my option when I return to Napoli.

Germana was extremely welcoming and helpful, and made our stay in Palermo a very comfortable one. She stayed up late just to check us in, and then gave us lovely recommendations for where to go and eat. Incredibly comfortable, clean, well located facility. Would recommend and would stay again :).

Very lovely B&B. Location is great, close to bus stop, ATM, shops. Nice walking to Anacapri centre. We had a very warm welcome from Elise. She was a very good host and we had an excellent service. Breakfast was also excellent. Beds are made up each day. Definitely a recommendation 😄

A downside is the loud noise from traffic as we had a room at the roadside. The noise is less when the door are closed. There are earplugs available in the room. But as we are gone most of the day, this was not an issue for us.

We really appreciated cold water waiting for us in the big fridge. The kitchen is equipped with enough utensils. The bathroom has a big shower, hairdryer, toiletries, washing machine etc. The bed was very comfy, there was a spacious wardrobe and TV with a lot of Italian channels.

There was a little bit of noise in the evening from scooters passing on the street but it did not bother us.

Very centrally located and convenient walk to Central station and Metro line along with bus stops all nearby. The apartment size is perfect for a family of 4 adults.

It was just approx. 5 min from important museums and monuments, 7 min by walk from railway station, very clean and nice bathroom.

I was quite surprised that someone cleaned the room while I was out on a second day, because I had my stuff on the bed, quite private ones and someone touched them. If I knew, I wouldn't leave them there.

Room had a kitchen but zero stuff to utilize. A mini bar and no glasses in room is silly. Terrible shower that leaves the bathroom soaked with water spray
