The host was a wonderful person. She answered all the questions immediately. Location was convenient, close to the subway. Apartment was neat and spacious. Kitchen was equipped with everything one might need on the vacation. Bathrooms were clean. There was a minor problem of water heater in the beginning, but it was resolved quickly.

Ting was very friendly and helpful at check in. Her restaurant recommendation was superb. The location was perfect: near the centre, restaurants and train station, yet quiet due to the wooden shutters. Shared coffee machine was a nice touch.

Air con wasn't working (but fortunately it wasn't too hot at night). Kitchen needs a sink!

The bathroom could use an upgrade. It was so hard to take a proper shower given the space. The other bathroom, on the other hand was decent size but no shower curtain so it was hard to shower without making a mess
