This place is located in Anacapri.Due to the tight roads, a family member will pick you up from the main bus station. The place is unique, owners are kind, its a simple yet elegant nice place. The breakfast in the morning is also simple yet it is enough and offered in such a loving way. The male owner of the place can speak perfect English and others, in case you are worried about any potential language barrier-- it does not exist.

I liked everything :) It's a bit secluded from the hustle and bustle, but that is what I wanted, I wanted a peaceful environment.

Breakfast was exceptional, with homemade cake and fruit tart offered in addition to croissants, yogurt, and the usual offerings. Eggs were available for the asking. The lovely hostess would make us a full pot of coffee, served with a jug of hot milk.. The rooftop patio setting was terrific.

Nothing, other than the drop-off into the water at the beach across the road was too difficult for my wife. Too late we were told of nicer beaches we could have gone to.

The ground floor apartment was clean and exceedingly well equipped. Everything was there. There's an Aldi supermarket almost next door, together with other shops. It's also walking distance, if you're minded to, to the centre. Or by bus or taxi.

It was difficult to find, although I accept it was probably my issue. Luca, the young owner, came round and sorted. After that it was plain sailing.

Very clean and good looking appartment with great breakfast every day. At the last day we got even additional stuff for breakfast. The appartement is not noisy and very bright. Perfect to stay there for a solo holiday or with your partner.

The apartment is in a good location, a few minutes walk from the city center It was lovely, comfortable, clean and with beautifull view. The staff was helpful and easy to communicate with. Easy and fast self check-in.

The room was spacious, the TV works and toilette e shower very nice. The location was very near from the train station and train station to Pompeii. And near of old town. Supermarket & restaurant were also near.

Actually it all went well. It might get a bit better If the included breakfast was servided in the premisses as the cafeteria was 3 minutes walking. In the room there was a ketle & tea available.

The location is excellent for the beach and transport into the city by bus. Nice restaurants nearby, especially Lotus. The room is exactly as pictured.

Please if you can take one piece of advice from this review. Avoid this accommodation at all costs. We arrived after check in time to an apartment that was not ready, not clean and greeted at the front door with rubbish from the previous guests. When we go inside we noticed that television was missing, no microwave in the kitchen an absolutely filthy oven very very limited utensils and an incorrect WiFi username and password. Our bed was not made and the pillows were stained. A cleaner then arrived 40 minutes later after we got in contact with the host, she said she would be back in an hour to make the bed she then came back 2 hours later and made our bed with dirty duvet covers, after we complained we were then sent a working WiFi code from the host. The apartment was grubby and not what was listed. This property is the definition of false advertisement and I would avoid at all costs. We booked a 5 night stay and didn’t stay for 1 we had to leave and book accommodation elsewhere. After kindly requesting a refund the host refused and then ignores all contact going forward which is the height of unprofessionalism, just accept responsibility and move on. This property is a SCAM If negative scores were possible this would receive just that
