      Location is excellent. Just a 2 minute walk from Santa Maria Novella Train Station. Walking distance to all the beauty Florence has to offer. The apartment is very clean and very comfortable. Everything you could want is provided. All in all a great 4 night stay in this stunning city.

      We were not met by the host but by her friend for check-in. We felt she was not as thorough explaining things as we would expect.

      Everything! I wish I was travelling with friends, this place is so spacious, good fit for group/ family and well-equipped, very convenient location, the host is super lovely too, and the bed is so comfortable!

      Detailed access instructions were given but they were a little hard to understand. No kitchen but that did not matter for our short stay.
