Diego and his family were so kind and helpful during our short comfortable stay. The location was excellent less than 5 minutes to the train station (1 stop into Sorrento for 1.15 Euro) and bustops. It was only a 25 minute stroll into Sorrento with it's ferries to Capri, Ischia and Positano. Sant Agnello had everything you would need shops, Post Office, Bars & Cafes etc., There were 2 supermarkets within 3 minutes of the property Netto, the largest was next door to the left, the other was to the right near the train station. The property also had a roof top terrace with seating from which you could see the sunset whilst enjoying a glass of wine or a leisurely breakfast (the ground floor of the building was a bakery/cake shop). A kettle in the room and a microwave and coffee machine outside our room in the hallway was also much appreciated.

The property was 4 flights up and the lift only went as far as the 3rd floor with 2 short flights (largest was about 8 steps) to the 4th floor. which could be a problem for people with mobility problems. Not a problem for us but I felt it was worth mentioning for other visitors,

Renato is a great host and very willing to help. He worries with his guests and he helps the best of his ability. You just need to be patient and to LISTEN to him. His advices really made the best of my experience in Venice. I will definitely return and I’ll recommend him. Don’t wait for lux. Renato has a very simple house but very clean and tidy. You also have a key to close the door of the room and he gives you 100% privacy. He was kind enough to invite me for dinner and a small tour between the streets of Venice.

There’s no isolation for the sound so If someone is in the kitchen even though the door is closed you can still listen but nothing that really bothers me.

Gennaro is very welcoming and provided us with great service. The location of the house is very good. You can overlook the sea from the balcony and it is not far from the train station. The room and toilet are clean and tidy, and the breakfast is delicious. Another host, FiFi, is very cute. I hope to see her again next time. As one of the few Chinese staying here, we are very honored!!!!

we had a great stay at the apartment! The location makes getting around Rome super easy. The host was very friendly and always made sure to let us know all information in advance, so we were never clueless about keys, etc. The apartment itself is quiet, spacious, and has everything you need! the furnishing of the apartment is also very charming :)

The property is beautiful, immersed in nature and so peaceful. The staff is extremely nice and very attentive. Gorgeous room with a lovely balcony. Very good breakfast with quite some variety

I would suggest having some sort of divider in the balcony for privacy since the balcony looks directly into the rooms and there are rooms which share a common one We didn’t particularly like dinner unfortunately as my husband’s lamb was overcooked for his taste, my pork was initially served cold and the side veg was spinach drenched in olive oil making the taste fully overpowered with the oil. The staff was kind enough to offer us something else but if a dining experience is not initially pleasant you wouldn’t want to extend that.
