The apartment was really comfortable, clean and well equipped. There is a cleaning service everyday even on Sundays taking care that everything is perfect! Pina was really friendly and helpful indicating the best places to go, where to find things we needed and even helping with the parking situation! She really made sure we had everything we needed to have a perfect stay.

I wish the room had a bit more natural light but for a first floor it was quite ok. The kitchen was equipped with coffee, sugar, tea, cold water and drinks. The price list for those items was reasonable (cheaper than in any bar but more expensive than in a supermarket). I would have loved to have some basic staples like salt, pepper or olive oil too!

The apartment is in a great location, quiet, near a ferry stop though only a short walk to popular landmarks. It was comfortable, spacious and well appointed. The washing machine was fantastic after we’d been hiking for a week! Hearing the gondolas go past in the canal was a treat. Loved it!

This is very good location. Beautiful scope of the piazza is just in front of our room window! Not so far from the city center. Breakfast was very cute. Sufficient amount of mineral water, juice, milk are in refrigerator.

We had two large and heavy luggage. Unfortunately, we could not access directly to the hotel by car. There were not lift in the building. However, it may be slight problem. The stay itself was very nice.
