It was an absolutely lovely experience to stay with Elizabeth. The lodge is amazing, bed comfy and toilet and bath clean and cozy. The view from the bed is breathtaking. We had both sunny and rainy days - it didn’t matter, with a car we could easily get to town and we mainly just enjoyed overlooking Lake Como and trying the very nice and warm jacuzzi under the stars. An easy 10/10 experience.

We arrived very late after a long wet day travelling. We felt welcomed, room was very clean and comfortable. It was nice to be a bit off the roads and noise of the city. Our Breakfast was fabulous.

Thin walls with surrounding apartments (loud TV could be heard at night). Annoying flashing green LED on the door opener unit located in living room where we slept on the couch.

Had originally booked a room with ensuite bathroom but got a room with exterior one, not a huge deal, understand it's best to give couples ensuite. Found the entry system a little tricky but got there in the end. I would stay st the property again but only if bathroom ensuite.

When I ordered a cold beer, it came in a can. No hot water - had to have a cold shower. Noisy, very loud music playing until late at night. Overall very disappointing and when I complained to the staff the next morning, they just shrugged their shoulders. Went out to eat as I didn't want to spend too much time in this shabby hotel.
