Fabulous location in centre of Trieste and close to everything. We had some trouble with accessing the Studio Apartment's door controlled by a codepad. This was mainly due to unclear or conflicting instructions that were provided. However, because the Whatsapp communication with the Host was excellent, the host was able to attend within a few minutes and sort out the access issues. Top marks to the Host. The studio is very small but workable for 2 people only, It was spotlessly clean when we arrived and well provisioned. The kitchen had sufficient essential items to make a meal and have a coffee or tea. The was enough hanging space for one's clothes. Bathroom was a small modern fitout and functional. All in all - a good budget stay.

The studio is on the 3rd floor with no elevator access. The stairs are very narrow. So lugging 2 x 20kg bags + 2 x 7kg bags up 3 flights of nmarrow stairs was exhausting. Bed is pretty hard but not uncomfortable.

Room was very spacious and clean, queen size bed and very very comfortable, 24 hours operated air-conditioning, 24 hours hot water, dream location, everything was only walking distance, staff was very polite and helpful, value for money, best place to stay in Pisa, better than 5 star hotel, I recommend 100%

the most gorgeous location and property and friendly staff who couldn't do enough, including waiting for us to check in after 11pm when our flight was delayed. Beautiful pool and incredible home produced olive oil too. Definitely recommended.

It was all wonderful. Our smaller double room had a great outdoor space and big spacious bathroom. The main room was quirky and kitchen facilities minimal compared to our co-travellers' 2 roomed apartment but it was sufficient for our needs for a 2 night stay.

Superb small hotel - excellent value for money. We were travelling with our bicycles and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Excellent breakfast. All round highly professional. They give the feeling of loving what they're doing.

Amazing apartment with spacious rooms. The host was very friendly and helpful. We had a great time staying there because it was very cosy. Free parking is available on the street, but you must look for a free spot on the busy street.

Excellent location. Easy access to N9 Tram (connect to central station) and Tricolore Metro (direct route to Milan Linare Airport) and the Duomo, fashion quarter and Science Museum. Lots of local bars and restaurants.

Would have been nice to have a couple of bottles of water in the fridge. The room door access was a challenge, but the team was on hand (remotely) to assist.
