A nice place in the historical centre of Florence. Our room was situated in the dormitory of a university, but it was quiet and cozy. We rarely saw students, maybe sometimes during a day. Way to the room lies thru library, gothic stairways and corridors, so you will love it. The are no equipment for food storing and cooking, but you may ask a kettle on the reception. There are dozens of nice caffe around the place all the way, so the room suits for a short stay very well.

Be prepared to meet locals - I mean mosquitos - in the night-time. I found a repellent devise in the socket, but I wasn't smart enough to push the "On" button on it. Do not repeat my mistake, and enjoy fresh air in the night.

I had such a wonderful stay, the host was so accommodating & sent great recommendations for local food etc. The property was very spacious, exceptionally clean & had a double balcony which i didn’t even realise when booking! It is very close to lots of transport networks. An amazing stay and would definitely recommend.

The location, breakfast, service… everything was great. It’s located just few seconds away from bus stop and beach. Also we rented bicycles and a boat and that was so fun! Bicycles were free to use and we went to a lovely restaurant with that.

One minute away from the cute center of Mestre. Lots of cafes, restaurants, banks nearby. The staff is very kind and helpful. Everything was very clean.

If you have heavy luggage and want to take public transport, you need to walk some time for direct busses to the airport and train station.
