I liked that the apartment was cleaned every day with fresh towels left on the beds often. I liked that we got breakfast included and that the staff would always try to accommodate us. There was free wi-fi of a good standard with a nice tv if we wanted to watch a movie. The location was great it was possible to walk to nearly everything in less than 20 minutes.

Would of liked there to have been a washing machine and dryer provided so that we didn't have to spend more money at a laundromat.

Our group of 12 family and friends all agree this hotel experience exceeded our expectations. It is a beautiful hotel, the rooms perfect, delightful breakfast, staff amazing, excellent location and we all felt so very special! Very grateful the staff arranged transportation and appreciated the drivers.

Hotel is beautiful in a good location. Chose the room with a view and wow!!! Incredible. However, the room is small and cramped as is the bathroom. No cooling and with it being such a small space, it was stuffy and hot = no sleep!

Breakfast was the worst of our 5 weeks in Italy! Literally had flies on the food. No variety.

The receptionists were very helpfull and always able to bring you solutions to everything you need. Room was good. Great value because of the location. 5 minute walking from the train station

Location is great - close to train station but not too close. Close to everything and easy to find. Room was clean and basic.

Staff were unpleasant and unhelpful. Weird men were hanging around reception. Breakfast was worse than terrible. And the staff at the breakfast were scary. When food runs out they don't replace no matter what the time.
