All the staff are very friendly with good hospitality They helped us book all the tours with clear price and description and introduced us various restaurants room is clean, it was nice the staff provided a plastic bag for breakfast takeaway as the day tours often depart in early morning

The location was perfect accessible to everywhere. The room was so clean and had a nice design and outlook. The sheets were soft. Towels nicely arranged. The host was very pleasant and accomodating.

Location to the Vatican and rooftop terrace and the bartender was very good, breakfast was also ready early every morning.

Nil- maybe because so close to Vatican very noisy from early AM with people waiting in line and lots of traffic people getting dropped off or picked up. Didn’t expect that…. But in the evenings it’s just beautiful
