This place was perfect. The apartment itself was very comfortable and beautiful. The location was great, the neighborhood is really nice with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants close by, and a relatively short walk to take the bus. We didn’t meet anyone for check-in and check-out and yet the staff was very helpful - we requested an iron and a few minutes later they had left one by the door, and they also helped us schedule a taxi to the airport hours after we had checked out. Greatly recommended.

Just keep in mind that there are a few steps to get to the property and some very steep roads, so I recommend arriving by taxi, specially if carrying heavy luggage.

The property is beautiful and was exactly the traditional stay I wanted to have. Clean, unique, and smelt inviting. Located on a quiet road in the village made venturing out a breeze. Hyeri was a really helpful host, she provided information that helped me get to Jinan and the bus terminal. And ofcourse information on the property.

Due to the nature of a Hanok, noise can travel through the wall. Had some noisy neighbours for one of the nights. It is apart of the house rules to be mindful of this, and not make too much noise after 10pm, so should you have any problems, just inform management.

The staff was extremely kind and very helpful and supportive. I made that trip alone but thanks to the team I didn’t feel alone at all. Everything was perfect. This hotel is perfect for a solo traveller and for couples !!

One staff came to us say we were so noisy so be quiet...But that staff was so rude,he can say nicely we would get it okay..but that staff kinda scared me like so mad at me.Why???i said "okay we will try sorry"but he still aahh..aaahhh😡😡.I dont get it so rude but okay some female staff were so kind.but i don't know i am afraid of him my kids afraid of him

Slightly inconvenient to get to from the airport. I needed to get a taxi as the local buses would not take someone traveling with a suitcase.

Breakfast is very expensive to what is offered. Fortunatelly we booked it for just one day. It was suposed to last from 7am-10am on weekends. We arrived at 8:45am and there were few options of fruit and only one kind of bread (loaf bread). I asked the atended about a replenishment of a different kind (croissant, bun, or bagel, ...) and she told me that she doesn`t have because other guests had eaten everything. (what ???)
