Absolutely fantastic stay the hotel location was perfect for my needs, making it convenient to get around. The staff were exceptional - incredibly friendly and accommodating, from parking assistance to housekeeping. It is a small, nice hotel. People are friendly. The manager himself is always available to help. It is very close to al-Hamra Street, which is very lively and full of all kinds of restaurants. Moreover, it is just 5 minutes walk to the beach.

They offered us a free upgrade of the room with a partial sea view. Thank you! The hotel is perfectly located in a lively neighbourhood with easy access to the other areas in the city. The car paking is covered which was a plus.

I was delighted to have had a fridge to keep medication in (insulin) And the washing machine was just as important. It was like being at home.

The breakfast was good, but I liked the cheese one. Other wasn't that good for an Asian taste.

The WIFI was nearly terrible, it's very hard to do some work even scrolling videos. The weird thing was that the upload speed was around 11m/s, but the download speed was around 100k/s if I remember correctly. There could be some limit for speed. Even the midnight time was slow. You'll find it very hard to use, and it's my second time here, it does not seem to be improving.
