The staff was very nice and always happy to help! After a day of Sightseeing you can fully relax and enjoy the rest of the day at the pool in the garden. The atmosphere and the sounds of the birds invite to calm down and recharge your batteries. The food was overly delicious! We absolutely recommend to eat at the Hotel.

Lovely breakfast in the courtyard - honey, butter, jam, bread, cake, tea. Organised taxis and meals elsewhere and took our luggage without being asked Very friendly and loving of children Wonderful location for markets and beach

Some apricots or dates at breakfast would have been very nice Shower was very slightly broken so spurted in multiple directions but very clean and a good temperature

Close to the Medina center and the airport, the hotel offered clean and spacious rooms. Special mention to the staff, who were super nice and accommodating with both our late check-in and early check-out.

Our room was a bit dark. Also, a small lamp on the bed side table would be a nice touch. Other than that, all good.

Overall this hotel might have been good in the past but currently falls below the standards of a 4 star hotel like indicated. Rooms are antiquated and lack maintenance. Bathrooms as well. Breakfast is poor for a 4 star hotel.
