The room is spacious, probably more than needed. We asked for a room with a sea view but we found out that the hotel overlooks a harbor, hence this request could not be met. That point was not clear in the hotel description in Booking. Coffee is awful. The coffee machine they use for breakfast is out of order. It gives hot chocolate instead of cappuccino. A five-star hotel could do better than this for breakfast. The room was clean. However, the toilets were separated from the shower area. The toilet had a bad smell, indicating it was not clean.

The toilets in the room, and coffee offered for breakfast. Check-in was very slow because the reception desk staff were too busy with a group of Chinese guests. They almost forgot about us and I had to remind the staff that we were waiting to check in.

This Riad was amazing and charming, the nicest and most helpful people work there, the service was impeccable, and the breakfast was rich and filling, so we thought we were lucky to find such a gem! We loved it, recommended it to our friends, and will definitely come back!

The only things that bothered us were not related to the riad but to the surroundings: early in the morning there was a construction noise right behind the wall of our bedroom. But it was fine as we were not there during the day. Also, at night there were beggars on this tiny street which was pretty annoying. Still, the guys from the riad were helping and calming, they assured us that there was no need to worry about it, so we felt welcomed and safe inside

The owner was so kind and welcoming ! The rooftop was so nice, the room was great, amazing location ! 10/10 would recommend. Such a lovely atmosphere, they also had a really sweet pet cat who we would play with ! :)

However, we had some problems with booking.com and my payment not going through to the hotel. I was asked by the manager to call them which cost me €20+. It turned out to be a booking.com issue, not mine or the hotel’s.
