After spending a few nights in Marrakech it was brilliant to head to Ouarzazate and Dar Rita did not disappoint. Khalid was amazing and so welcoming, nothing seemed to be too much for him. He told us what we could do in the area and was very helpful if we had any questions. The room was lovely, it was the comfiest that we stayed in whilst we were in Morocco which we were very impressed with for the price. The decor was lovely and we spent some time on the rooftop terrace to finish off our trip which was lovely. We also had the dinner and the breakfast which were great and again good value for your money. I would definitely recommend it.

A week in Marrakesh and a second time in this Riad... the staff is very friendly and makes you feel that you are among friends and family. The Riad is cozy, clean and confortable with the right Morocan atmosphere. Stay in the Medina's heart is very convenient and allow us to go everywhere easily... the right place to have a great experience in Marrakesh with a great price- quality!

The location was incredible. It took about an hour and a half to get to the camp but we were in the middle of the dunes and it was truly magical. The staff were wonderful and so accommodating. We were so happy with the everything. It was a truly unforgettable experience and I would highly recommend it.

The location close to the airport was excellent as our flight arrived late in the evening. The overall experience was pretty good, the room was clean and the staff was helpful with our questions and it supported us in booking a taxi for the next day.

The taxi from the airport to the hotel is pretty expensive and given the proximity to it, it would make sense to offer some sort of shuttle. The bed in the room was nice but the mattress was not the most comfortable, it was quite hard.

Close to the Medina center and the airport, the hotel offered clean and spacious rooms. Special mention to the staff, who were super nice and accommodating with both our late check-in and early check-out.

Sadly since our last stay 7 years ago a huge beach club has been built directly opposite the villa on the main road. They Blair out music from 2-7pm every day which really ruins the atmosphere of this place which before was tranquil and relaxing. It’s like being next to a music festival. Also the surrounding villas attract the clientele from the beach club who often stay up partying and our first night there was music and shouting until after 4am so I got only a couple of hours sleep on the first night which wasn’t ideal on our ‘baby moon’ I really feel for the owners about this but I feel they could have done more to warn us about this before our stay or help compensate us. So I’m just warning future bookings that from May to Sept expect noisy afternoons and evenings if you are looking for a peaceful escape. Also the room facilities need updating.
