Positive section of review
Proximity to the city centre. Cross the street and you arrived to the Red Light District. Host was nice, prepared buffet style breakfast with coffee and prosecco..The tables in front of the hotel create a nice little relaxing area where to watch the canal and to have a drink or a cigarette. For being just opposite a block full of pubs and bars was actually too quiet.

Bed mattresses would require a close check as some of them have turned out uncomfortable. For example one side is too soft and the other side (close to the wall) is normal.

A hotel appropriate to our time, clean and beautiful. Very good location, in the center, with parking and a spacious, clean room, not noisy and well acclimatized. The front desk staff was very friendly.

The price of parking, €34/day. I understand they should have a night only rate. But this being Amsterdam, I guess that's normal. The structure of the bed makes it very difficult to get out of it, too much.

Easy to get to and from the airport with the handy shuttle. Nice room with the ability to open the window for fresh air if you wanted. Good breakfast included with the room I chose.

nice location, eazy to get any famous location with uber in 20 mins! Neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The supermarket is within 400m by walking.

The location was perfect as we took the train or bus into the centrum part of the city.

The room was difficult to move around in. If we stayed one night it would have been ok, but we stayed multiple days and the room was cramped.

In a hotel that boasts that "sustainability is central to everything" serving #2 eggs 🥚 for breakfast is simply a shame in my opinion. It should definitely be #0, poor hens... Other than this everything was perfect.

1- Facilities are poor, my wife got stuck in the elevator one night. And our bathroom door got locked and i got stuck inside. The lighting system of the room was damaged. 2- Staff are not very helpful (took them 2 days to find a parcel delivered to us in their storage room, refused to help us heat some baby food)
