beautiful garden full of floral scents (beautiful house too), quiet and private, comfy bed, impeccably clean, shower in a bathroom with textured glass on two sides so full of light, hot water, good internet, sweet hosts (thank you Evelyn and to your father as well :) )

Beds, linens, pillow all very comfy rooms size very good cable (direct TV) pretty good choice of channels restaurante and room service of good quality, specially Miriam in the restaurant did an outstanding job

as stated two weeks ago. the rooms are way too noisy. In the first comment I had a room on the back side, more or less away from the road and it was noisy. Now we had a rooms, right on the main road. Even though on the 7th floor, the noise was unbearable and did not cease until mid night, not only the trucks, busses and taxis honking their horns, but guys shouting in competition for passenger of pubic transport, once they shut up, a party started in a neighbouring room with a party.... first in the hallway, than in the room. Didn't close an eye, until we had to leave for the airport at 02:00 AM.....

1- You cant beat the price per night. If you are on a budget- this is a good option 2- Reception staff was super sweet 3- free breakfast was actually decent

A few call outs 1- There is no heat in the rooms. Keep this in mind if you are traveling during May- Aug. Its cold in Lima and the rooms are not heated. My daughter and I had a hard time sleeping because it was so cold. 2- If you are here on business, then location is great. If you are here for vacation you are 30 mins away (lima traffic is awful) from anything you will be doing. 3- The key card deactivates every day at noon and you need to reactivate it at reception regardless of how long your stay is. 4- Lastly and more importantly. The key card they gave me opened rooms that were not mine. This made me super uneasy as i am a female traveling with a young child. For this case, i wouldn't recommend if you are a female traveling alone

- Canceled our first booking 2 days before arriving due to credit card (never had any problem with the credit card through the whole trip) put in another credit card - also didn't accept (also never had any problems), tried to call them & they ignored me and the messages I send on whatsapp, then we asked the receptionist at our hotel we were at the moment to call them cause he can speak spanish. They then answered and said we should just send them all the Infos in whatsapp. We did that and got ignored again, no answer to the phone calls or the texts! Also wrote them on booking - no answer. - You can hear everything through those walls. Couldn't really sleep, felt like we were sleeping in the kitchen - Booked the rainbow mountain tour with them, got told the pick up time is 4:40 am. They knocked on our hotel door on 4:00 am and said the tour guide is waiting for us - we just woke up, had to get ready in a few minutes, couldn't even brush our teeth and also forget a few things to take on the tour due to no time - booked another tour with them and got forgotten / not picked up. They then called a taxi to drive us to the group. We missed the first stop of the tour.

The first night I left at 10pm to catch another flight. The flight was cancelled, I returned to the hotel thinking that I had paid for the full night so there would be no further cost. The hotel said that because I had checked out, I would have to make a fresh booking and pay for it. Effectively I paid twice for the same night.Decent hotel
