Positive section of review
Cute, clean, quiet apartment with all appliances you need, view over the city (we were on the top floor) and located very conveniently in the center, i.e. walking distance from everything we wanted to see! The owner (who speaks several languages!) was so accommodating, friendly and helpful - we had a perfect holiday thanks to her insider recommendations, help with reservations and sunny hospitality! Thank you very much Florinda!

The property is central and easy to find.Everything was neat and tidy ,a very good place to stay on the camino to Santiago.The staff at reception was really helpful,I needed to see a dentist and she organized it for me the next day.Really good value for money.

Room setup gives you plenty of privacy. Stuff is extremely nice and friendly and always willing to help. Rooftop bar is a very nice place with cool vibes. Location is very good, central.

The only good thing I have to say about the accommodation is I generally felt safe in the area the apartment was in even as a group of 2 young woman and the bed was comfortable.

Apart from that I have no positives. This has been the only negative review I have left for accommodation in my life. it was unclean, dust everywhere, skirting boards disgusting, the corner of the room smelt like an animal (or drunk man) may have recently peed in it. Accommodation was advertised as pets not aloud yet the room next to us had a dog in it which barked consistently at night. My phone charger (Apple, genuine, had no issues with before) started to smoke as soon as I plugged it in within 5 minutes of arriving (the charger has now had to be binned) and I was terrified of using the electrics the whole time I was there. I went here with my sister (2 woman with long hair), seen in the pictures that a hair dryer was there so I didn’t bring one. There was no hair dryer available. Not only was there no hair dryer available but I was unable to contact the property as they simply ignore messages on the booking app. I messaged and asked could a hair dryer be left off I also messaged to question if late check out was available and they did not take me on at all not even a no. The shower hose is faulty, I read this on reviews here before so I thought ‘surely that will be fixed by now’ no it wasn’t, they must ignore reviews the same way as they ignore messages and couldn’t care less.

Nicely located resort, clean rooms, friendly staff, free parking, nice spa/pool area (when everything would work, see below).

Our expectations were a little higher compared to the price which was charged. The spa/pool area was always very crowded and loud (a lot of kids screaming and jumping/playing in the pools) and half of the spa installations were "currently out of order". Nobody seemed to care about this and did not repair the installations. The resort is unsuitable for persons who want to relax.
