The staff really stepped up for me. I got sick shortly after arriving, and their action saved me at least a day of pain. Bartender also shared some information with us that kept us safe and sound. Thank you again.

Simple, comfortable and near enough the town centre. There is parking across the road. Breakfast was simple but nice. Service from the team was good., with Jessica a star.

The hotel is good value, well located, nicely decorated. The staff was nice and helpful. It was the most comfortable bed we slept in during our trip to the azores.

There were no welcome "host" offerings: no coffee/tea, water.We had rented an apartment in Rome previously with a very similar set up, but there was a supply of delicious Nespresso coffees provided upon arrival. Nothing like that here. We had arranged for the breakfast option, and there was a good amount, but it was exactly the same thing everyday and the coffee was instant! No variety. The bed and sofa bed mattresses were uncomfortable as were the pillows.

The only thing I didn’t like was that carpet on the sitting room smelt damp which needs to be removed smell didn’t let me sit in the sitting room as I have very strong sense of smell
