Very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was a great value for money and the view from the 6th floor where the breakfast was served was amazing. The reception staff was friendly and helpful and we were able to leave the luggage at the reception after checking out.

Convenient location. Takeaway breakfast for 2 different days were sent to our room.

Did not receive any info of how to do manual check in, before arrival & on arrival day. Managed to enter when a guest exited when we arrived. A helpful young lady who was clearing the breakfast area assisted us. Need more shelves to store our toiletries & need luggage stands. The wood paneling covering the air-con at the sitting area was broken. It should be fixed before the guests arrival. (In my opinion). The shower holder could not be adjusted. No knife provided to cut some fruits when needed.

Bathroom - access hatch was off the wall. Also, windows had been left open during cleaning and lounge/kitchen was full of flies, which we had to buy fly spray to kill
