Booked a twin room with private bathroom. Room was basic, but clean and great for what we wanted for a city break accommodation. Provided towels, toilet roll and hair/body gel and hand soap. Also did have a hair dryer. Aircon/heating. black out blinds. the communal showers/loos/sinks were great for those staying in dorms. microwave, hot drinks vending machine and small food vending options in reception. 5 min walk from Herismo metro. 7 min walk to Lidl. 20-30 min walk to Luis Bridge and Rua Galleries de Paris. Lots of coffee shops and cafes around the hostel. If using a taxi from the airport. Definitely pre book one, the airport taxis are more expensive. Uber cheap to use round the city if dont want to use the metro, or there is a group of you.

Nothing but these are suggestions we would have found helpful. Offering city maps in the reception area. Maybe a kettle in the reception area. Maybe a few more coat hangers in the room too.

By far one of the best places I've stayed. Very clean and calm, reception service very nice (Catia thank you very much for your kindness) and awesome views to mountains from there. Besides that breakfast was super good. And is not expensive at all. I recommend 100%, definitely a place to go. How to go : Bus stop is 5min walking from there. But be careful if you come from Braga city, you need to take bus 200 (direction campo do gerês) cause it's the only bus that takes you there.

Patricia was very helpful, kind and thoughtful, she helped me to order chicken and chips from the local restaurant on a Sunday evening, and also gave me recommendations for the bakery and cafe in the morning. The apartment is very comfortable, it has a very well equipped kitchen, and I made fresh orange juice in the morning. It would be a great place to stay for a couple or 2-3 people as there is plenty of space.

The shower head needs to be attached to the wall (which the owner is aware of), and it would be nice to have some soap or shampoo for the shower.

Location was good. Neighbour was safe. Close to lots of interesting things. Ana was there to welcome us and show us how everything works. Ana also had a book created to explain the area. Ana was responsive to our question
