It's very central (been in this very street the year before already) - close to all restaurants, river,... Hardly any cars passing by, thus comparatively calm. Comfortable, modern apartment (well-working window shades), comfy IKEA-bed and a spacious kitchen and bathroom. Modern kitchen with dish-washer, capsule coffee maker, washing machine (and laundry rack),... Couch in living room also very comfy. Nicely decorated. Beautiful little balcony to enjoy breakfast or a nice glass of wine in the evenings.

1. Door code was only given, when sending tourism fee, thus I had to wait at airport until this was being processed to receive the code. There were several door codes mentioned on the arrival documents, which was confusing. The apartment door didn't open smoothly (hardly any time from entering code to have opening mechanism start). Thus, i thought it was the wrong code (tried 10 times with all codes indicated). I stood outside the apartment for about 1,5 hrs without being able to get in and unable to reach anyone at Liiving for this time (maybe lunchbreak?!) 2. Hook in bathroom ripped of the wall and sticked in with a piece of toilet paper (most likely guests, who had stayed before). 3. The apartment itself is very noise-sensitive, one could hear all the neighbours above/below/around (coughing, talking, baby crying,...) 3. As regards interior: some more coat hangers in wardrobe some big cups and maybe 1 or 2 tablets for washing machine & coffee maker as a starter would be nice.

This hotel was really nice. It felt exotic. The staff were very friendly. The location was perfect, in a traffic free pedestrianised, paved ‘road’. The room and en-suite shower and bathroom were excellent. It was a special occasion for us and the hotel very kindly left a bottle of champagne in an ice bucket in our room. A short walk down to the river and the Eiffel designed bridge. What an absolute great place to stay. Highly recommended.

The hotel is in a fascinating old building. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, especially when helping residents to negotiate the underground car park. The rooms are large and very nicely designed. The bathrooms are excellent. The beds and pillows are very comfortable.

Our host Joaquin was very nice and helpfull! Nice appartment, two separate bathrooms and wonderfull view. You need to be a good walker because there are a lot of stairs in the neighborhood

Lovely comfortable property in Albufeira close to the new town and also within walking distance to the old town. Pool area was lovely and looks just like the picture.

Just be aware that there is an automatic noise sensor that kicks in after 10pm that sends your phone a message.
