The apartment was very clean, spacious and equipped with everything we needed as a couple with a baby. It was very comfortable. The expresso machine was a delight also. The location is excellent too. Restaurants, cafes and a top quality bakery are metres from the apartment. The marina is a very short walk The shutters for balcony doors and windows cancelled out most outdoor sounds and light

Location was central to the places we wanted to visit. Breakfast was adequate, but not exciting. The transparent pool on the 6th floor was unique.

The original Room provided was like an inside stateroom (cabin) on a boat with no direct view of the outside world. - claustrophobic. Top deck was very busy (6th Floor - Pool) Room was not cleaned until 6pm, due to lack of Staff. The hotel is designated a 4 star hotel, this may be because it is a new build, it would be hard to agree the hotel was a 4 star.

The only good thing about our entire stay was the actual area and the potential the venue has with a better proprietor. Leaving was awesome.

From check in to the day of deaprture was a disaster. It all started at check in, nobody available for an hour and when the proprietor did eventually wake up, yes, wake up he could not find our booking along with another guest booking. It took almost two hours to "check in" albeit our rooms were not even ready. We were told to come back in an hour or so which we did after an early dinner and upon our return things went from bad to worse, our allocated room had been given to another walk in guest. After another delay and numerous calls the next day the electricity went off for around 36 hours so no wifi and our foodstuffs in the shared fridges went off. We eventually left and booked into other accomodation, will never be back.

Badly maintained, there was mold on the curtains and walls and in the shower. fittings seemed cheap and flimsy. The sofa cover was missing and no one resolved it during our stay. I wouldn't choose to stay at a guest ready property again because they have so many and clearly don't care about looking after them
