It was our first family vacation with our ten month old son. We arrived earlier than check in and were allowed to sit in the lounge area and leave our bags at a secure spot and offered drinks. The staff were absolutely lovely. Location wise it’s perfect and a walking distance from popular tourist spots and the city centre. Place is kept well and tidy and gives a home away from home vibe. We were provided a cot and baby bath as well as Montessori toys for our son to play with. Highly recommend the place.

Very convenient location for the main sites of Èvora, also an easy walk from either the train or bus station. Good base to explore nearby towns like Estremoz and Arraiolos. Friendly staff.

There was a decent amount of mould on the ceilings and on the shower curtain. The lack of shelf space in the bathrooms was a bit frustrating.

The rooms are VERY noisy. The tiled floors make for lots of noise and the walls are paper thin!!
