The food we had at the property (ala carte) was good. It was fresh and delicious.

The reservation team was absolutely not helpful. We booked for a double size bed but we got twin sharing room with two single beds. It was our anniversary…which actually got spoiled because the staff mishandled the whole thing.

I got a upgrade of the room….but the water in the shower was not going away in the drain….. I told this problem at the reception…but It was not fixed during my stay.

Rooms are not checked before checkin. First night I checked in there was no toilet paper I had to call for it.Morning of the first day there was no shower gel.I took a bath with the shampoo. I assumed they would fill the container when they cleaned the room but that did not happen and in the night I had to call them again to fill it up. Furniture is all worn down.Pillowcases dirty.
