First impression was great walking into the beautiful lobby Rooms were nicely decorated and spacious with great sea view! The beach was 5 mins walk , staff very friendly and professional Swimming pool area was very clean

It was a little strange that the beach wasn't included and we had to pay 50 rials for a single entry The only down side was the breakfast it was too expansive for what it was , not great quality but not a big deal we went and tried restaurants near by

Sabrine at concierge was absolutely amazing and welcoming and Abraj from housekeeping was fabulous. Great hospitality at this hotel from every staff member. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The pool area was unsafe. I was with my little boy and there is a sofa against the wall on the edge of the building where there was a sheer drop down to the ground. (The building is a tower block!). I didn’t take my son up there for fear of him falling. The windows in the apartment were thick with grime so you could not see out of them properly. It was noisy, you could hear loud traffic and horns blowing in the night. The kitchen was poorly equipped. I asked 3 times before I got any pans to cook with. The tv has only Arabic channels and you could not connect to Netflix or YouTube or anything

There is need to improve on the responsiveness of the receiving of calls most especially at the reception. I called couple of times at the reception but most of the times my calls were not answered and when I asked I was told the operator doesnt work 24hours and as such calls are routed to the reception, however, for a five star hotel, the operator shifts have to be covered all round to help the reception with the high volume of calls.

Reception staff was very bad specially morocan girl . Not cooperative I reserve pool view , the reception staff give me city view. And they are insist with that . The hotel very noisy . You can hear all sound like it in your room
