Positive section of review
The location is close to city center, neighbourhood is quiet and nice. There is a cafeteria available for us as a group to make performance. Property owner and staff are very nice, help us for very late check in , let us have cooking and dinner party in the caferia and open area outside the property.

No elevator for rooms in first to third floor cause some difficulty in moving luggage and up n down esp for seniors . We let youngsters to help. Hot water supply in one room out of 13 rooms did not work. It gets repair after two days and cause some inconvenience to the team.

Location is really convenient, next to forest, with little to no construction sites noise (which is rare I would say these days on Zlatibor) and still you are 5min walk to center. The apparement is small and sweet, just enough. Danka is wonderful and great host, easy cimmunication, perfection.

Badroom is next to elevator box and window is facing parking lot, left from the window is main building entrance. Since it is a mid-floor (0-1) you hear everyone getting in or out and their conversation. So if you want to sleep in and just chill, until other guests leave the building and pack and enter the their cars you would be part of it as well 😁 Beside that drain in shower was half stuck. So you need to pace your showering, to let the water flow and not flood the bathroom.
