At first, I thought it would be more 'generic' than this but the accommodations exceeded our expectation. They offer only a few rooms on their property; however, we found out that it was very private and well-maintained. The place was decorated as an old-style commoner's house, but without dust! The location is peaceful and private. It is near by Chiang-Mai University as well!

The location is a little bit deep, and the street is narrow. Without GPS navigation, one might get lost in the alley maze.

Lovely room with balcony. It was peaceful and we stayed an additional 2 days. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast at 190 baht was good value. We were impressed with the environmental practices - reusable water bottle and water dispenser, reusable shower gel/shampoo bottles and only changing towels when requested.

We were above the kitchen, so it was occasionally a bit noisy very early in the morning when they were preparing breakfast.

Good hotel, nice location in a quieter street. Room was nice. They prepared breakfast boxes as we had to check out before the restaurant opened.

Great hotel. Right on the beach, the staff was extremely nice throughout our stay. The room was great, just as in the pictures.
