Beautiful and comfortable rooms! We really liked the size of the rooms and how spacious it is! There were ample room and space to move around even with an additional bed. Views were great, water pressure was strong and air-conditioning works well too. Breakfast doesn't have the wow factor but is simple, clean and suffice. The concierge was great and helpful with helping my wheelchair-ed dad and with luggages, unlike the receptionists.

Overall, the service was pretty poor and very little command in English. There were no smiles on the receptionist faces and each time we requested for something, they looked unwilling. Upon check-in, there's no introduction to where the facilities were and the 2 receptionists were talking/laughing among themselves after receiving my passport for identification which i found very rude. When we requested for utensils for the room and the progress of our requested additional bed/pillow, it took almost an hour and we had to request many times. There was also no ironing board available in the room but there could be one upon request.

If you’re staying in Chiang Mai, book this hotel! The room was very spacious and clean and the staff were so helpful. I arrived on my birthday and was treated to an upgraded room with a cake waiting for me. Good breakfast options also. The rooftop pool is a great chill out area when it gets hot. 10/10 would recommend coming here!!!

The bed is the comfiest bed I’ve slept in so far. There is a mattress topper makes all the difference. For a low budget stay, You can tell they’ve thought it through of what the customer may need. Fridge, kettle and really good air con system. For the price I don’t think I got any of this in other places I stayed in.

The ground at the resort is all sand and easy to walk. The swimming pool is a little rustic but clean salt chlorination in a shady location... Wildlife and nature all around and great spot for sunsets.... Water bottle refill station and just a few minutes from Thong Sala by bike....

Just too far from Thong Sala for me to walk in the heat, so needed a motorbike to get into town and night market etc... Beach is not really useful for swimming but is a nice decoration...

Modern property, good WiFi and common areas. Good to work remotely. You can book some nice tours and also you can book the slow boat for around 1600thb. 10min walk from the night bazar and you have a couple 7/11 close by (3/5min walk)

Khun Tak and Tar were very attentive to our needs and responsive to requests. The meals they prepared were super delicious. The villa is clean and spacious. The pool and proximity to beach is great!

The water at the beach is very shallow, not suitable for swimming. There were rocks and my children cut their feet while wading.
