Customer service was excellent. We were given a room upstairs, but my old mother had difficulty climbing up the stairs. We were then moved to a room downstairs the next day, once available. Both rooms were lovely and with big bathrooms, fully equipped. Hair dryer was also available in the bedroom. Selected teas and cookies were available free of charge almost the whole day (1100-2200). The swimming pool was clean. Also the location is close to the market and a Catholic church.

Nothing, but since they have limited bedrooms downstairs, if you cannot climb steep stairs for whatever reason (though only 1 floor up), then you should make a request in advance.

We loved our private pool located out from the balcony with a private sitting area and how close it was to the beach. The best part of this hotel was how small the staff were in numbers, this meant you had a more personal touch to your stay as they all took their time to know and cater for you. Nothing was ever too much of an ask and they made you feel more of a friend than a guest

Location of the air conditioning meant the room didn’t get too cool, or you couldn’t feel the cool breeze from the aircon however the staff quickly remedied this by providing a fan, which made a huge difference!

Spectacular hotel, with amazing pool and rooms. Restaurant was great as well and the food was super tasty. Most of people stayed only for 1 day just to make photos and videos and then they leave. We stayed for 5 days and totally enjoyed the facilities.

Good location. Reasonably good breakfasts and restaurant with the possibility of dinner being delivered to the room. Comfortable bed. Appropriate size of the room. Comfortable bathroom. Good massage centre. Well-functioning air conditioning.

Very bad WiFi - sometimes not available at all, which is unacceptable in a hotel with business ambitions. A bit too much noise from outside gets into the room due to single glazed windows - due to the climate.

Support from the property management. The villa is an open concept and isolated. On the 3rd night the main gate could not be closed due to power outage and I was unable to contact the property manager although being informed upon check-in that they were available 24 hours. We had to pack up and leave the property for a hotel in town as we felt unsafe. Too many flies during the day and mosquitoes at night!
