Everything about this hotel was superior, the room and furnishings, the very welcoming staff, the location and the view. The price was quite a bit lower than we have paid for accommodation at several other hotels/motels along the Oregon coast - considering the overall level this is extremely good value for money. This was the last night of our holiday - what a lovely way to cap off a great trip.

The own is extremely kind and nice. I have bwwn sensing my merchandise packagaes to hotels but they always either lost it or taking so much time to find. But here, not only the owner communicates and sending me a confirmation that my packages have arrived, he also keep them safe for me

The rooftop was decent. Location was okay- plenty of restaurants/cafes/stores nearby. Bed was comfy. Staff was great.

Room- Double bed 4 guests: Ripped carpet, thermometer on the vent was gutted out; safety hazard, toilet so close to the wall; imagine someone big sized crammed up in the corner of the bathroom; I don't know how they would be able to sit evenly on the toilet, shower caddy in bad spot in the shower; you are always hitting it with your leg when showering and the shower head would drip water loudly for a good 10 minutes after being turned off. Pool is very narrow and had an overhead. Would've been nice if there was nothing above it. Basic scenery. Guess I just had high expectations per the website.

Location was a bit difficult to find since there was little instructions how to drive there and building was a bit further from the main road. Our room was nice with own kitchen. Really only downside was a cocroach in our room on first day :( I know they are common in warm climate and not dangerous but it was not a nice surprise. Luckily it was only that one. We were not happy with breakfast pricing as the menu didn’t have prices for coffee and juice, which were self-service so we thought that they were included in the menu-items, but then it was 5$ for coffee and 5$ for juice per person + 20% service. That wasn’t a nice surprise.
