Great location, felt very safe and clean in the apartment. Could walk downtown to party and come back without trouble of parking or taxi. Quick responses when I had questions. Everything was very clean and felt comfortable. Would absolutely come back here when I’m in Nashville again. Well equipped too so it’s perfect for both long and short stays. Perfect for couples!

Very comfortable and well appointed property, and the style was exactly our taste. Newly built, and very conveniently located for our needs. Clear and easy check in instructions provided and we thoroughly enjoyed the two days we were using Red Rock Retreat as a base. We very much hope we will have the opportunity to stay at Red Rocks again in the future.

Everything was amazing, but one very minor point to mention is that the provision of a small coffee table in the lounge area would be a welcome addition.

The location is absolutely fine, nice view from floor 34. Our room and bathroom was really tidy, with everyday cleaning service. Friendly staff and an extra point for breakfast. If you take the advice, using the elevators is also not problematic. There is a luggage storage service after checkout until the end of day, that was a massive thumbs up for us.

The carpet was a little dirty and you could EVERYTHING from the hallway. The doors were making terrible noise in the morning. Breakfast time ends very soon… not comfortable.

True its Free breakfast, but only egg & bacon bits, it's not worth it what I paid. They never clean our room & or just changed our towel. Never recommended that hotel ever. I killed cockroach creeping in the wall. It's very old

The room service Hours is very bad. The breakfast is just start 7:30 am. End the dinning room finish 20:30. The balcony floor is very dirt. The bathroom didn't haven't higienic shower.
