Everything about the hotel was amazing, starting with the service, they were super attentive from the moment we stepped in. The manager of the hotel, Mr. Brian, took the time to check on us, ensured we were taken care of on our departure day (our flight was late in the day, and were able to take a shower before our flight, plus invited us drinks at the rooftop bar, and we even got a nice goodbye gift). The rooftop bar and pool were the perfect break in between sightseeings, and the spa service was a plus to end our days. Everything in the hotel looked like new, the room had a good size, and the bed was simply perfect. The breakfast buffet was also super delicious.

The family are so kind. The location is perfect for those who don’t want a super touristy place, it is an absolutely stunning place nestled in the mountains (I recommend getting a motorbike because the homestay is 15/20 minutes drive outside of the centre of Sapa). The food is great. And the price is amazing. They want to start a workaway so even better if you are willing to volunteer for them too. Close to the beginning of Fanzipan, if you like hiking.

We spent there only 1 night, but such a pity we didn't discover this Hotel earlier. Best hotel during our trip in Vietnam for sure. The staff really speaks english (in other hotels it was not so obvious unfotunately), is very helpful and kind, always smiling :) we bought with them the trip for one day to Ninh Binh in very good price.

Sue was a really good host, I really enjoyed her cooking (she cooks a lot so you definitely won't go hungry) and she can take you on some really nice hikes. The location is really nice and very peaceful overlooking some rice paddies. She also met me when I got off the bus and helped organise a lift to hers.

A bit of transparency of prices its 70k per day for breakfast and dinner I feel like this should just be included in the price of the room, and a days hike costs 300K

Very good service provided. Vuong who managed the front desk was very helpful, sorted out my transport for me. Even let me use his bike for free for the day :) and went out his way to make my stay comfortable. Lovely pool, and overall good atmosphere.

The beautiful pool is a highlight, my wife enjoys swimming in the afternoon to catch the stunning sunset from the 7th floor. The affordable luggage storage service before check-in and after check-out is a great plus.
