Perfect in every way! All the staff are exceptional and special thanks to the concierge team who definitely go the extra mile! The room was very comfortable, the decor inside the hotel was fantastic and the gardens/pool area were absolutely immaculate...the photos don't lie! Easy access to Monte Casino, everything was just perfect...we will be back!!!

The peaceful and quiet environment was very relaxing. With the inconvenience of moving to another unit because of the aircon not working , the staff was very helpful with the moving of all our bags to another unit.

The property was very nice, the kitchen is very nice in particular. Beds were comfortable. Arranging access was easy. Location is good with shops nearby.
