Easy communication with the owner. All questions answered quickly. Thank you Christina! Perfect location - 200m from car hire company and 500m from African restaurant, easy to find by Uber drivers. Very safe location but not all procedures/equipment were working well. But the local security staff was very cooperative. Funny parking place because located on the 9th floor!

Location is good as walking distance to V&A Waterfront. Fronting beautiful canal. Clean unit.

Did not respond fast enough. Did not replenishe Salt and pepper , coffee and tea until when we told them. We stayed for 6 nights , and facial tissue was only supplied to my friend's unit on the 2nd last day. Told them to give one to our unit. The response was noted but the staff did not give us any.

The bedding was not ironed , the towels are old and yellow. The place wasn’t clean . The refundable deposit you pay for dirty towels . You might as well just tell us to bring our own towels , the tv is too far from bed. No phones to call the reception in case of an emergency.
