- Very bad coffee - Staff have no skills, no smile , they very tired and not care for anything - the air condition at the main restaurant not working, no air to breathe - not a full All inclusive system, no snacks , some items not free however was mentioned that all inclusive. - need more system improvement - 2 days the aquapark was closed , we wasted our time .....

The resort is big that you can walk and have space. Special thanks to guest relation manager Doaa, she is very helpful and supportive! Appreciate her attitude with the guest and daily follow up on our stay. However if from the beginning the reception pay attention to all things they should we wouldn't bother Dooa )))

The food is delicious and good , but not various in food meals, ( the breakfast always the same , the dinner too. )

The Rooms are beautiful and well organized, My Room has a WiFi and it was v.good it covers all of my needs. The hotel is so big that covers all needs for the guests. ( Especially the pools , it has 5 pools that covers children, family & Solo travelers needs ) The Italian restaurant was nice, and the main restaurant is big and covers all needs even when it is crowded.

We stayed 7 days at this hotel and we are very satisfied. Hotel offer lot of activities and facilities for the guest. Staff was friendly and kind - they provided us with everything we needed and what we asked for.

Ice-cream not available, waffles and other drinks are paid and provided by an external makers that aren't employees, In addition to it is very expensive when it comes to local currency (EGP) compared to EURO\USD. A local\Hotel supplies are highly recommended.

Bad response to the Egyptians people instead of the staff deals with foreign people better than the egyptians The food wasn't very good it was the same every day no variety Wifi wasn't good No activities to do at night Late response when you call the reception

The constant bugging on a sunbed from the spa staff, the souvenir people, the trips people. They need to accept no thank you means no Reception staff dreadful manners Food - same every day , no variety and chef didn’t want to give you more than one piece of chicken at a time. Felt like you had your beg No wine at all in hotel only to buy as extra. No beer at dinner time Young staff at the bar only acknowledge there own culture or females

The resort is very clean and is a stunning location. The facilities are great. The best member of staff by far is the customer relations lady DOAA. She truly is the one person in this hotel that made our stay great. She was kind, enthusiastic and went above and beyond in every way. She generally cared. The entertainment team also are very good and interact with all people. The hotel reception staff were dreadful and never wanted to help at all. The hotel rooms were lovely with the added touch of slippers and a dressing gown although wish they had been washed in the same way as the beach towels you are given. The beach towels are big, soft and lovely on the nice cushioned sunbeds. The hotel is in a good location for shops and the Hard Rock Cafe is a short walk away. The hotel has a pier you can walk along to see the coral which is stunning.

Nothing really, would be ideal if Gym was open earlier than 10am so can enjoy the day basking in the sun! Wi-Fi was little broken and sometimes unable to get anything but can all survive without internet for fews days! Food I found OK but certainly not bad! There’s always something

So many Friendly helpful staff (Gooaa) hospitality and Mohammed (cleaner), guy welcoming to meal times to name but a few!! location was superb! Loved the beach! Pool was bit busy but beach was perfect! Had the 2 options. All staff were great to me, room was good, great air con and comfy bed, good pressure on shower and cleaned daily! View to pool which catches sun until sets!

- food quality and cooking (there are some good things if you know the buffet but it also varies by day if it's good) - outside seating area at the buffet the table is way too high - beach bar only has spaghetti in combination with fries?! - entertainment could be better - more information about what's included and what not - many services in the hotel are way overpriced (taxi, suncreme etc) - as it is from 2007 it is a bit worn down and toilets outside your room are gross - entertainment team personally really nice but the music etc is not really enjoyable (for us) Don't take it to serious this are just the things I would improve

- good rooms, good & clean bathroom, very comfortable beds - most of the staff - everything you need is available - value - beach - bars everywhere and all included - VIP bonus as booking guest

I hope you can get a solution for the main restaurant It needs to completely change in everything Staff. Menu. Facilities Maintenance around swimming pool Change water bottles to another brand, please All of the above are suggestions to get a better rate and not mean that it's not good
