Car/ taxi service provided by Egypt excursions online. Unsatisfactory behaviour. They didn’t wait for us until I come out of the airport. Agreed that immigration went a bit long but leaving with out informing us in a fully strange area was not good. Also didn’t turn for drop back to airport. I had to pay 50 dollar extra for just the taxi.

Just the coast was useless. The water is too shallow to swim, you can only do snorkeling but the water life is poor.

In the restaurant the beverage section the cups are not clean and it smells bad.

This hotel was amazing we had an amazing stay the waterpark was really fun and had really exciting slides and the food was really delicious and the staff for the waterpark was excellent they were really nice and funny and the animation at the pool was really entertaining.

Food was so-so and didn't vary. The Italian restaurant is awful (you get 2 vouchers for their "specialty" restaurants with your stay, I recommend to skip it). Kids club is open for a very short time per day (3 hours in total) and not attractive.

Nice family vacation, very easy with kids. Our room was spacious and the kids had their own room in it. Staff were very friendly.

- Food choice is ok, but very repetitive (especially breakfasts - always the same) - Rooms clearly need to be refurbished (we stayed at Kids den on the 1st floor), though rooms on the 3rd floor have been refurbished. - Very shallow sea - All extra services (Spa, photographers) are extremely pushy. I'd say, beyond the limits. - Avoid the photographer with lots of rings on his hands (there are 2 of them in total). Will seem friendly at first, but quality of photos & attitude are disgusting (treats you like sh*t & pushes you to buy more even if you had an arrangement).

We get a “better” room but I think it was only bigger, not better. Bathroom, a rooms furniture looks like 20 years old, needs some maintenance.

Public areas are nice, clean and comfortable. Food was tasty, but for a breakfasts still the same. Waiters, housekeepers and lifeguards are very friendly.

the kids club was closed when we tried visiting during the activity hours. the free wi-fi connection is very limited. the "milk" is reconstructed milk from low-quality milk powder.

the water park is excellent. The staff of the waterpark are fanatical about safety. the rooms are big and comfortable. the beach is clean. all the staff is very polite and helpful. the city center is just out of the gate of the hotel.

The Plates in restaurants need to be more clean The Furniture need improvement.

· I stayed with family for 5 days,overall the stay was good . The positives are -All the staff were very helpfull and friendly . -The aqua park was very interesting especially the staff Mahmoud Arafat and Saber and my children enjoyed it. -The food's taste and variety was good. The hotel has nice landscape. The front desk solved problems very quickly. -The beach was nice but for swimming, you have to walk on ling path inside the sea.
