They're could have been waiter service around the pool area instead of having to always go to the bar. Also, some people got their drinks in glasses even though they were All Inclusive and others in plastics, which was not consistent.

Excellent value for money, good location, not far from the airport or the pedestrian walk. Lunch and dinner had good options. I would definitely return. Room was comfortable and lovely and clean. Good pool.

There is no dedicated all-inclusive alcohol dispenser point in the restaurant, you have to chase a staff and ask them to bring you any wine or beers etc which they will do with no problem, just a bit timewaisting. Beach busses timetable not very convenient in relation to restaurant hours but if you not planning to come back for lunch then it's ok.

Food is good enough, there is always something for a vegetarian, plenty of salads. Not many fish options but there is always one, but meat eaters will certainly be more happy. Day-to-day variety of food isn't very great but good enough for a few days stay. Good staff, very friendly, will assist you with what they can. There is always nice young man Costa around pool area, he will help you with any extras you might want or think about, just ask him! Pool area bar is good too.

On check out day the shorter reception man was not so friendly and was rude for no reason. He charged me for a lost room key, its not about the money it was his rudeness. It would be nice if your had staff serving by the pool or offering snacks. The animated team could be doing this instead of wasting time dancing and noone is watching. Crisp, peanuts. Ice creams would of been nice in the all inclusive fee. It would of been nice to have cokes or drinks in the fridge. The interior paint work was very shabby and the bedding was bobbled but it was very clean. No WiFi in the room only in the lobby and by the pool. But I did get a little wifi by the back garden if you walked out a bit.

Muhammed on Reception was very good and friendly, The guys in the shops and Elijah made our holiday very memorable. Thank you for your kindness and all the jokes. The man that organised our snorkeling and dirt buggy trip was great and the House Manager was very attentive. We appreciate that your staff gave us snacks even though they just closed the restaurant as we were away for the afternoon. Breakfast lunch and dinner was good. We got home with no upset stomach.

Clearly the price is reflected in the local wines and spirits which were plentiful.

The staff and facilities are perfectly fine, this is a low cost good value hotel.

Resort is newly renovated , absolutlymodern and great job was acieved . Resort is pretty clean and animation team is doing agreat job . Staff are extremly helpfull and co operatives for my wonderfull and amusing stay especially Mr Ayman .and the super man (COSTA ) resort relation manager ...to All I appreciate your efforts and kindness.

Pool was so cold but that’s not the hotels fault

The staff are extremely lovely, nothing is too much trouble for them. Especially Saed the towel man, he was a delight, always smiling and joking. Mr Ahmed is a very nice gentleman and is always there for you. The bar staff are great, especially my favourite Mohammed

I booked a room for 3 adults, one bed was a child's bed. Which I slept on. It was OK. I must mention the Guest Relation Manager Costa because he kindly found me another room which was one of the beautiful villas. As we were only there for 4 days, we stayed where we were, but we had a wonderful bowl of fruit organised by Costa.

The staff are so nice. The food and drinks was very good. The location is good, although not on a bus route, taxi are always available. The pool are area is kept very clean thanks to Saed. The restaurant is run well and food is plentiful thank to Ahmed Yousif. I have to mention Amr in the bar who is always cheerful and smiley.

Loud music around the pool from the animation team & not enough sun beds unless you go down really early to put your towel down you don’t get one

The animation team wasn't good they don't smile , bad music , everyday the same music , and when we asked him to please change the music a little he said (( I like this music )) , in the morning everyone need fresh music to wake up and full of energy , not just sad music

We like the staff everyone were smiling, room always clean , food is very good , Sambo the man who is working in bar is very good and kosta also and mohammed at reception , overall it was very good vacation , there were good program at hotel in the evening
