Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

UkraineDuring our stay at the hotel in May, we observed a dominant number of guests from ex-soviet countries and russia in particular. Their exotic behavior often affected the overall experience for other guests.

KenyaWhile checking in i requested for a king size bed however the reception said there was none a day later they call the room for a review of our stay in the hotel and i compleined about the bed situation and suddenly a room with a king size bed is found. Some of the staff are not kind as a dark african, i did not appreciate the fact that during breakfast i was told not to sit in a certain area because it was being cleaned yet there were white africans sitting in the same area. The food is abit underwhelming.
I loved the location, the food at dukes bar and also their drinks, loved the breakfast, some of the staffs were nice and kind, the staff are very helpful in general, they are very clean and i felt safe. I will definately be going back.

EgyptOne of my favourite pools was rotana sharm pool but it need to be well maintaned like the rest of the resort. Also i used to like the room service food but this stay i ordered room service many times and they were not acceptable quality for me. Also minority from the staff have a wrong attitude towards egyptians they treats less welcoming like any othe foreign client.
In the beginning i'd like to thank all the friendly descent clean and polite staff starting from the security to the life guards on the pool and the beach. Special thanks to Mr Mohamed Hegazy who was a great helpful to made our vacation easy and full of fun. Special thanks to Angie the head of the animation team she is a hardworking and brings good vibes to the surroundings. Special thanks to both Mr Ahmed the polite welcoming staff from Mezaaluna restaurant also total appreciation to hesham from the pool lifeguard team , also the brand new toilets every corner in the resort also the smell of their cleanliness was remarkable.

EgyptFew shadowed places at the sea and also at the pool. Weak air conditioning in the main restaurant. Beverages at the beach and pool bars as per written in the paper delivered by the reception are available till sunset which is 7:30 p.m. while they actually close at 5 p.m. And also the diving center closes at 5 p.m. given the fact that the whether was so hot and some people may prefer to use such facilities after 5 p.m. The kids area is small and the open part is not properly shadowed in such hot weather.
A steam iron and an iron table was available in the wardrobe.

IsraelThe staff in the lobby desk was not very welcoming and not very helpful. specifically Ahmed and the Russian girl (I think Tanya was her name) were not very welcoming and helpful. one guy (I think Samir is his name )was very helpful and got us our room in a minute after Ahmed failed to do that.
The resort is amazing, great restaurants and bars, great pools and activities , amazing beach with snorkeling options , comfortable rooms with amazing sea view. highly recommend!

Breakfast ends 10:30, before 10:30 there’s already too much noise in the space and it doesn’t feel comfortable at all to start a day like that. food is below average (we were not part of the all inclusive deal, we ordered à la carte)
The beach and certain rooms are better than others. we had to change rooms, the first one was not good.
