The desserts were so bad and all the Asian food was not asian at all and some of the food offended my Japanese wife I knew this hotel since it was named helnen it is one of the first hotels and known ones it should be better than this

On random nights at 2am there will be extremely loud music from nightclubs situated close to the hotel. Music loud enough to rattle every window in the hotel. The music lasts for about an hour. I’m not sure what is happening here, the music from bars and nightclubs located nearby is usually completely acceptable and not a problem, but occasionally and for a relatively short period of time, it’s unbearable! As a hotel that isn’t your typical party or resort type hotel, they should address this.

The hotel is clean and stylish. The pool and beach are amazing. The food is fantastic. The staff are exceptional. A very nice hotel.

Naama Bay is a lively place, and the hotel has nightly entertainment, which is quite loud.

The hotel is in an excellent position on the beach in Naama Bay. There are plenty of sunbeds to relax on and a nice stretch of sand and sea. The bar staff on the beach are really friendly. The food in the restaurant is delicious and attentive staff are always on hand there. The evening entertainment was very good.

Wifi was very poor and you were only allowed a limited amount of time then you had to pay The room was both tired and dirty our shower backed up. The breakfast had a poor selection but was disturbing was they made you get your own coffee and someone else would make it from the machine.He could be very testy if you asked for more milk in it .It was served up in paper cups .Very poor.However the wait staff were very nice. Also it is one of the most expensive resorted in Sharm el Sheikh.

everything was amazing except one of the staff in the front desk at morning shift he wasn't helping and wasn't gentle (a short guy) and on the other side Mr Muhammed also in the front desk at afternoon shift was very helpful and gentle ..

Furniture needs to be renovated. Shower was keep flooding. Could be cleaner. WİFİ is limited to 4GB.

It was by the beach close to shops. Nice night life in Naama Bay. Very comfortable beds. Easy access.

The barbecue restaurant is very bad. the worst service I ever had. People who work there don't care about customers. The food wasn't that good. My experience there was one of the worst especially from the waiters. I would't advise anyone to eat there.

The room service and cleaning was very good. Mr Ahmed who was in charge of our room made our stay there very pleasant and comfortable.The people who work in the main restaurant are nice especially Mr Ahmed Kasem who always greets us with his beautiful smile and does all he can to make us happy and comfortable. I also liked the beach aerobics. Mr Ala " Lolo" is one of the best. I enjoyed a lot doing the aerobics with him.

Food wasn't great. No variety I ended up paying more than my booking price!

Location might be the best thing about the hotel, its at the far end of Naama bay, close to the main naama bay shops, cafes and restaurant. The beach is great were its not that much rocky sand as other ones in the area.

the WiFi , mosquitos at night and the a la carte restaurants

The place is a well fit for families. The rooms are nice with a nice garden and sea view. The staff is friendly specially Ahmed at the reception. he was very kind and managed to give us rooms near each other.The food is various , delicious and tasty at the main restaurant. we didn’t really enjoy the a large carte menu at the other restaurants. there was a problem with the WiFi which allow you for 4 mb only and they are finished right away. I surety recommend it fir others specifically that is located in a very convenient place close to everything around within a walking distance

Noise. This was a VERY noisy hotel with no constant music blaring in the pool area, on the beach, and a nightly entertainment show that goes on till 10pm. Do not select this hotel if you want peace and quiet! internet connectivity could be better.

Good location, near the heart of Na’ama Bay with attentive staff and comfortable rooms for the price. A nice seafront with attentive staff to assist with sun-bed allocation, and also two swimming pools. Pick up to and from the hotel was arranged very efficiently.

Food in general was ok but quality could be better. Tables and chairs in restaurant needs deep cleaning, sticky around and underneath.

there were super noisy construction going on during the day, if you decided to sleep late you’ll be woken up, one of the days there was a super loud party going at Kalimera till 2+ in the morning and it was hard to sleep and i had to wake up early to go diving

The hotel didn't have an entrance from outside the marina, which is closed for security reasons, which means that you cannot access the hotel by car. If you want to reach it you have to contact the hotel to send you an authorised vehicle to get you and your luggage from outside the marina. Otherwise you have to get out of the taxi at the security point and drag your luggage for at least 600 meters to the hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good. The view from the rooms were great. Rooms are clean and spacious.
