Some small inconveniences like the beach being in the other sister hotel across the street and the short but "hot" walk to get there. Having to carry our beach towels every day on our shoulders from and to the beach as there is no system of using beach towel cards on the beach. The "snack" which is part of the all inclusive is only 1 hour from 4 to 5. We were never able to catch it as we were always full by then, after having lunch. There are simple ideas like having a pizza oven working all day at the beach for example making tomato bread or margheritas..but available throughout the day. The biggest disappointment however was the food. Massive cost cutting in the quality and almost no variation in the items from day to day. It is worth noting that after we complained the last night ..there was some improvement in the lunch the next day.

Loved the beach and the snorkeling exceeded our expectations! Huge variety of fish, very lively and meters away from the shore. Crystal clear waters and sandy beach. My 4 yr old was able to snorkel freely with us while feeling safe. The beach is safe and exclusive with many spaces available and is not overcrowded. They have an exciting aqua park called Cleo Park. It is a standalone aqua park with free access from inside the hotel. Although they were renovating it and some of the slides were closed, yet we had a blast with our son. I believe the whole place will work within weeks and will be amazing! Our son loved the kids club as well which was for free. The main pool was amazing. Huge and with numerous seating, with sprinkles and rain showers fun for the whole family. In addition, there were many other small pools scattered around the property, in case you are looking for privacy and quiet. They also have a variety of water sports at affordable prices and conveniently accessible from the hotel shore. The staff is one of the best things in the place. Exceptional starting with Mariam the receptionist giving us exactly the room we requested, close to the reception, and an invitation for dinner at the beach restaurant which had a lovely atmosphere and a live guitarist. And then the chefs and their wonderful smiles and keen interest to give us the best experience and provide us with anything we need. To Gamal, the security at the beach who delivered our lost mask to the reception and we were able to redeem it. And finally to Mohamed Ashraf the receptionist who took our feedback and having seen us disappointed of the food quality, didn't want us to leave the slightest bit unsatisfied, and extended our checkout for free till 3pm as a compensation, giving us an extra day at the beach! Thank you for your lovely gesture that really made a difference and put a smile on our faces :)

Mariam the receptionist candidate was exceptional Although we faced difficulties regarding the rooms maintenance during c/in she was there and changed our rooms and managed in no time to change our furiousness into happiness Thank you Mariam for making our stay counts.

The food wasn’t very good. Stayed in Egypt around 10 times, this is the worst food selection I’ve had. Restaurant is like feeding time at the zoo. We had to eat out quite a lot of our stay. Toilets are a million miles from anywhere! Some of the pools are nearly a 10 minute walk to the nearest toilet. Even the restroom from the restaurant is a 5 minute walk!

Pool and surrounding area were great. Staff were great, especially Majed at the pool bar!

Rooms needed upgrading and the Wi-Fi was very bad all the time and kept dropping.

It was spacious, the staff were very helpful and the water park was lots of fun even though a lot of the equipment was not working. Location was very good and accessible to the beach and lots of shops. The kids club was a way to get time away from the kids but not sure that the kids liked it much.

I find it difficult to criticize a place with so many beautiful well-meant details. It is a huge and busy hotel. Expect the typical all-in hotel behavior: assuring you have a pool seat assigned for the day by randomly putting your towel somewhere. The breakfast and lunch hall can serve hundreds of people at the same time. Remember the old secondary school days? The room's bathroom was very outdated and regularly needed small fixes. These are obviously details. As mentioned, the place is a crown jewel.

The staff works very hard to make sure all guests get what they ask for. The facilities are great: nine pools! It's also maintained quite well. Flowers everywhere! There seem to be lots of activities taking place for everyone.

The pools were nice, but horrible music was blaring next to them almost all day. We constantly suffered with the wifi!!!

We expected that the Egyptian 5 stars are relative! It was so. Advice for everyone: it's enough to pay attention to the hotel's rating and services, the stars mean little beyond that. It wasn't a bad hotel, but nothing special, maybe the nice pools can be highlighted.

Some parts of the hotel rooms need an upgrade.

The Jaz Sharm Dreams is in a great location and walkable to restaurants and the Marina. The pools and facilities are lovely. Our room was spacious and some aspects needed an upgrade like the shower curtain. Fresh juice and other beverages in the morning would have made breakfast better! Staff were friendly and helpful! We loved using the gym facilities and the neighboring beach at the sister hotel

The negative was the bathrooms, baths were stained and leaky. Also wifi can be hit and miss in some rooms.

This is a beautiful hotel, very good facilities and great large complex. Very close to Naamabay and has its own beach across a the road. Entertainment was excellent, people seemee very entertainedn in the day, buffet breakfast was excellent, even buffet was good also with traditional Egyptian food . The Alesia, the customer liasons lady, was superb and really supported the guests with any issues.

Breakfast not the best. Juices are low quality / sour. No apples or bananas. Plug sockets in room are not very convenient. We had no hot water for 24 hours on arrival.

Dirty bathroom, not very well-kept place. Water from faucet and ice makes gut problems. There are crows that come to steal your food if you leave it unattended when you eat out on the terrace. Not very good drinks. We were lucky to have a room not too far from the hall and the restaurant but if you happen to have the worst you could have 15 minutes to arrive from a side to the opposite of the resort
