Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). GermanyI booked a Taxi through booking.com. The Taxi came at 5 Am in the morning yesterday to pick me up from the Hotel. The reception didn't allow the Taxi to enter the Park at the Hotel to pick me up. I walked to the mainstreet with all my heavy bags because the receptionist didn't allow the Taxi driver to drive in . If a Hotel quest orders a Taxi you should let it in !!!!!!! Why should i walk with all my bags to outside? The Taxi driver even said my name and told you that he is waiting for me !!!!!

United KingdomNo alcohol served on the beach. There were certain bars and restaurant where you had to pay for food and drinks even if you were all inclusive.
Well situated right on the beach, spread out like a small village with 5 pools scattered around the resort. Rooms were lovely we had a garden bungalow with beautiful views. Small Coral reefs could be walked to from the beach.

TurkeyWe took Bed & Breakfast option. Property was beyond our expectations. Located on the middle of the famous Naama Bay. Free wifi at the rooms, free carpark, free beach towels, electric kettle, tea bags and instant coffee, mini refrigerator available.. Free 2x1,5 lt drinking water per room at daily basis. Beds are comfortable. Each room has a terrace with 2 chair and service table. Safe box available inside the wardrope. The resort has a long beach (280 m x 75 m) for the customers. Sunbeds and umbrellas are free. Usually nearly full between 10:00 - 13:00 and many empty sunbeds available after lunch. There are corals just 10 metres far from the beach and length around 270 m. You can see at least 20 different species of fish and different corals. Ideal place for snorkelling. One of the biggest pedestrian shopping road located in the west direction, only 10-15 minutes walking distance. You can find every kind of gifts etc. Also bars, cafes, fast food and restaurants located one side of the pedestrian road. We advise everyone who think to visit Sharm and looking for a good, but not so expensive resort.

Very nice hotel with super friendly staff. Stayed there for 8 days and spent most of the time in the hotel which has several pools, access to the beach, and aqua park. The various teams were super welcoming and made sure we enjoyed every bit of our stay. Besides the great service, the place is very clean and the restaurant offers daily international varieties. Shout out for Basant from guest relations, Mahmoud the life guard and Mohamad Shams. You guys are just exceptional! Coming again so see you soon!

United KingdomI struggled a little with the slippy floor in the bathroom - there are no support handles near the bath. Getting about the staff helped me on occasion with a wheelchair - however they were quite old and worn, very uncomfortable. I would definitely upgrade these items. I wish I could have had my favourite room as requested but was unavailable due to renovations scheduled
The Fayrouz has always been a favourite of ours and has maintained high standards changing to owners JAZ. WIFI is now FREE ( a little weak in rooms) BTW this is still advertised as $15/day on your website. Grounds are immaculate - rooms are large, clean and comfortable, all with a roomy terrace- Restaurants are excellent - the beach is the best with choices of water sports, trips and wonderful snorkelling - the staff are friendly and can't do enough to help you. My walking is not good - the attention and help I received was excellent

EgyptThe food wasn’t that delicious you need to work on that and work on having food varieties. The toilet needs a renovation as soon as you can afford because I am sure you didn’t renovate it since 2008 The all inclusive package isn’t well organized, it’s very limited and this shouldn’t be the case.
The location of the Beach was good and clean. The staff is very friendly and nice. The Landscape was also a bonus point. The Room was quite good besides the toilet
